The famous mango tree within the Ekambareswarar Temple. This tree is said to be about 3,500 years old. (This picture was taken two/three years back. More recent pics of this tree show that the tree is no longer standing.) Here is where Lord Shiva, as Ekambaranathar appeared before Parvathi. If you can read tamil, this detail can be seen in the pic below.
