Shri Tanguturi Prakasham was not just a journalist. He was the first chief minister of Madras Presidency(composite state)and was also known as ''Andhra Kesari''(lION OF ANDHRA) for his bravery aganist British during freedom struggle.

Dear Mr Rama Rao, Thank You for pointing out the mistake. I have made the correction.
However, since Wikipedia says the Andhra Kesari was the first Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. So, I have mentioned that.
