Just thought of trying something different - posting other than photographs. Starting a series - without committing myself to any frequency - that I will try to continue. Hope bloggers like the idea.
Are you going to start a series on stamps, philately in general or specifically on chennai? Either ways, good idea, no doubt. Personally, I would like you to write about the "story" behind your pictures done so far. What took you to the places where you captured these wonderful pix and your experiences, observations, comments of the place and people. Mohan
Hi, sorry for the delay in responding - am on tour. And thank you for your comments. Mohan, No, it will not be philately in general. Just stamps of Chennai and Tamil Nadu. Off Topic-- Got to know ur blog thro Tilotamma's blog. Have visited and liked quite a few pictures,though i had never commented before. Recently I happened to meet a photo blogger on my flight to chennai(from London) and this tourist is covering his India trip photos on his photo blog. Thought you might be interested to look into. So, just thought of dropping in a word to let you know.
I think it's a good idea. I am sure I will learn a lot from the series.
